Your script and writing help

Supral saves affirmation text and generation settings to create, deliver and regenerate tracks. Writing help sends your intention and narration language to Cloudflare Workers AI. Standard voice downloads send the required text to Microsoft's speech service; fallback providers can be used if synthesis fails.

Your My Voice sample

Supral encrypts source samples before storing them in private Cloudflare R2 storage restricted to the European Union jurisdiction. For a requested preparation, the sample is decrypted in application memory and sent with the required text to Mistral. Supral does not rely on a permanent voice ID there.

If Mistral cannot produce the narration, DeepInfra in the United States may process the sample and text. Its temporary voice is deleted after synthesis. The privacy policy states that DeepInfra keeps neither text nor audio and does not use them for model training.

Deleting a sample and deleting an account differ

“Delete voice” removes your retained source sample. Narrations already prepared remain reusable until you remove the related generation or delete your account. Account deletion removes saved scripts and associated delivery records, subject to backup and necessary legal retention.

Read the privacy policy for the full provider, storage and retention details. Send privacy or permanent deletion requests to contact@supral.app.
